Je’nell Griffin

Je’nell Griffin, Fraternity and Sorority Life Coordinator, joined the Center for Student Involvement team during summer 2011. She earned her Bachelor Degree from San Diego State University in Social Science. While she was a student at SDSU she was involved in various student activities, leadership programs and the fraternity & sorority community. Upon graduation she traveled as a Chapter Consultant for her national sorority helping members develop chapter and crisis management plans, trained advisory boards, assisted in recruitment efforts and help students have a meaningful fraternity & sorority experience. While traveling from one campus to another, she discovered her passion for all things student affairs. After working 2 years at Cal State Fullerton with cultural-based fraternities and fraternities, she decided to attend The University of Georgia (Gooo Dawgs) where she received her M.Ed in College Student Affairs Administration. Je’nell is passionate about the fraternal experience and helping students develop personal and professional goals. When she is not volunteering for various fraternity and sorority organizations, you can find her enjoying her time with family and friends. Her interests include cheering for her favorite sport teams, an occasional romantic comedy (book or movie), traveling to new places and finding yummy places to eat.
