WellBeingU invites you to explore the 8 Dimensions of Wellness through workshops and activities during Well-Being Week! Learn how your well–being in these different dimensions connects to your student success.

LEAD Series: Self-Care as a Professional

"LEAD Series are workshops designed for students to cultivate their leadership, enrichment, advocacy, and personal development. These workshops will be held twice a month, encompassing different topics to help students reach their full potential. Prizes and food will be given out at all LEAD Series events! For this workshop, CSI will be partnering with the Student Health Center to build skills as a professional. Join us as we talk about how to implement healthy routines within work, manage burnout, and cultivate the benefits of self-care as a professional. Attending at least two (2) LEAD Series workshops will guarantee you a spot for our all-expense-paid retreat at Disneyland." Sign-up

Eat Healthy, Be Active

This 4-part series will teach students the basics of healthy eating habits in college. Attendance is not required at each session, come to one or come to all! Students who attend all four sessions will be entered into a raffle to win a crockpot!

Calling all Golden Eagles: Come light up your life with Glow-in-the-Dark Yoga! Enjoy an evening full of flow, movement, relaxation, and body paint while dressed in white or neon colors to glow even more! Join us to relieve stress before the midterm season. Frustrated by restless nights? Dozing off in class? Poor sleep habits can take a toll on your grades, relationships, and overall mental health. Learn how to eliminate barriers to sleep with a few simple, effective techniques. This interactive workshop will teach you how to figure out how much sleep you need, create a better sleep environment, make the most of your naps, and how to get through an all-nighter in the healthiest way possible. Join us for this primer on sleep survival and get a sleep hygiene kit to help you on your way to better sleep!
