You are enrolled in units at Cal State LA, so there is nothing to buy. Register in the app, sign the facility access waiver, and finish at any Recreation front desk.
How to register

Not all Cal State LA Students enrolled through PaGE pay the “Student Union” campus fee. Look at your billing statement — if the fee is not there, purchase a term membership in U-SU room 306.

Visiting Scholars do not pay the “Student Union” campus fee. Start by emailing the Recreation Coordinator — a faculty sponsorship from your recognized program is required for approval.

LA NEXT Student

Included in your “Student Union” campus fee
Your membership fee is included in your campus fee. Email the Recreation Coordinator to begin the process and receive your community login credentials.

If you are eligible for the LA NEXT membership, the membership fee is included in your “Student Union” campus fee. To obtain the LA NEXT Student membership, students must:

A PaGE College Student is defined as a person who is enrolled in classes through PaGE at Cal State LA. Not all Cal State LA Students enrolled through PaGE pay the “Student Union” campus fee, so check your statement before you buy.

A Visiting Scholar is defined as a student visiting Cal State LA under a recognized program listed on the Cal State LA International Programs webpage. A faculty sponsorship from your recognized program is required for approval.

If Student Union appears in your Invoice Items, your Recreation membership is paid. Do not buy anything.
Sign in to your Cal State LA student account and open your university billing statement for the current term.
Scroll to the Invoice Items table and read down the Item column.
Look for Student Union followed by your term. Found it? Your membership is paid — go register. Missing? Purchase a term membership.

** Not all Cal State LA Students enrolled through PaGE pay the “Student Union” campus fee, which includes the Recreation Fitness Center membership access fee. Therefore, some PaGE College students must purchase a membership to utilize the Recreation Fitness Center, programs, and services.
Memberships are sold by term, expire on the term end date above, and are non-transferable. Rates do not include all programs and services; certain fees may be charged when applicable.
Buying a membership
Memberships can be purchased on the 3rd floor of the U–SU in room 306 from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Bring your receipt to any Recreation facility to add a membership to your profile.
